We have been supplying lamb to Nigel Haworth at the Bull Inn, Broughton and have built a good relationship with Nigel and the rest of the team. In a recent video interview for a piece about local food suppliers, Nigel was kind enough to comment on the lamb, here’s a clip of what he had to say!!
