Leg of Lamb (boned)
Traditional roasting joint, which can be served pink or well done depending on your taste, but always tender and succulent.
Lamb Loin - stuffed
A great treat for a special occasion is our loin of lamb, stuffed with apricot and ginger. Order the size that you would like allowing about 250g per person.
French Trim Rack
The main bone is removed so you can cook the racks in multiples and carve after to prevent the heavily roasted edges.
Available in multiples of two up to eight.
